Snagger

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Snagger application (“Snagger,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with your use of the application. By using Snagger you consent to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

Snagger collects only the information necessary to operate your dropship and order-fulfillment workflow. This includes:

  • Order data ingested from connected sales channels — including order identifiers, SKUs, quantities, prices, order status, and shipment details;
  • Shipping addresses of end customers, used to route orders to the correct fulfillment warehouse and to purchase shipping labels;
  • Channel credentials and connection metadata required to access Veeqo, Shopify, Walmart, Amazon, eBay, Zoho Cliq, and other connected services on your behalf — including API keys, OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, and account identifiers;
  • Application activity such as the operator user account that performed an action, the timestamp of the action, and the resulting order or inventory state changes, used to maintain an audit log of fulfillment operations;
  • Bank account and transaction data accessed through Plaid when the operator connects a business bank account — including account balances and transaction history — used solely to record vendor bill payments and reconcile bank activity against accounting records. Snagger never sees or stores your online banking credentials; authentication happens directly with your bank through Plaid. Plaid's handling of your data is governed by the Plaid End User Privacy Policy;
  • Diagnostic and error data — for example HTTP status codes returned by third-party APIs and stack traces from internal background jobs — used solely to detect and resolve issues with the application.

2. How we use information

Information collected by Snagger is used exclusively to operate the application's order-fulfillment automation, including:

  • ingesting orders from connected sales channels and routing them to the most appropriate fulfillment warehouse;
  • generating shipping labels and tracking information via connected fulfillment services;
  • synchronizing purchase and accounting data with Snagger's built-in ledger and connected accounting tools;
  • notifying authorized operators of fulfillment events, exceptions, and required actions;
  • maintaining an internal audit log of fulfillment operations for the purpose of troubleshooting and dispute resolution.

Snagger does not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not use your data to train machine-learning models for third parties.

3. Third-party services

Snagger transmits data to and receives data from third-party platforms strictly as required to perform the operations you configure (for example, posting a tracking number back to Shopify after a label is purchased on Veeqo, or recording a bill for a completed purchase order). Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

4. Data retention and deletion

Snagger retains data only as long as it serves the business purpose it was collected for, per the following schedule (reviewed at least annually):

  • Order, invoice, and accounting records — retained for 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting compliance requirements;
  • Bank account and transaction data (via Plaid) — retained while the bank connection is active and for up to 7 years where it supports accounting records; deleted when the connection is removed and no longer required for compliance;
  • Channel credentials and OAuth tokens — retained only while the integration is connected; revoked and deleted upon disconnection;
  • Diagnostic logs and audit trails — retained for up to 12 months, then purged.

You may request deletion of specific records at any time by contacting us at the address below; requests are honored within 30 days except where retention is required by law.

5. Security

Snagger applies industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted transport (TLS) for all inbound and outbound traffic, hashed storage of authentication credentials, multi-factor authentication on operator accounts, and access controls on internal administrative interfaces. No method of transmission over the internet or storage system is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights with respect to the information Snagger holds about you, including the right to access, correct, or delete that information, and the right to withdraw consent to its processing. You may exercise these rights by contacting us at the address below.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The then-current version will always be available on this page; the “Effective date” above indicates when the most recent update took effect. Continued use of Snagger after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
